About the Course
The Bhagavad Gita is a theological and philosophical classic. In 700 succinct verses it summarises the conclusions of the Vedas and covers topics ranging from religion to relationships, science to sociology, leadership to lifestyle management.
This course is designed for modern seekers who want practical spiritual wisdom that can be applied in everyday life - at work, in relationships, and in personal growth. The Gita is best understood in the company of other spiritual seekers, where we can discuss and question everything we read.
We study Bhagavad-gita As It Is by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada - widely regarded as the most authoritative and clear translation available, with detailed purports that bring the ancient wisdom into practical modern relevance.

Bhagavad-gita As It Is by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
Primary text - 700 verses · 18 chapters
What You Will Study
All 18 chapters of the Gita resolve into five essential subjects. Understanding these five themes gives you the complete framework of Vedic knowledge.
Understand who you truly are beyond your body and mind. The Gita begins and ends with the revelation that you are an eternal spiritual being - not the temporary material body.
Learn how the material world operates - through the three modes of goodness, passion, and ignorance - and how to navigate it wisely without being controlled by it.
Discover the science of action and reaction - karma - and how to act in the world in a way that brings freedom rather than bondage, using the Gita's principles of selfless action.
